Registry of operators of networks and electronic communications services
In accordance with Article 6.2 of Law 11/2022, of June 28, General Telecommunications Law, those interested in the operation of public networks and the provision of electronic communications services to the public in Spanish territory must notify us in advance for their registration in the Operators Registry.
If the notification does not meet the requirements established by the regulations, a reasoned resolution will be issued, considering the notification as not made, within a period of 15 days.
Modifications to the registered data, cessation of activity, and the intention to continue the activity (every three years) must be communicated to the CNMC. See the explanatory note in the Regulations section.
Those interested in providing an independent interpersonal electronic communications service without numbering must also notify us for statistical and census purposes.
