Conflict resolution
We resolve conflicts that may arise between operators or between operators and other entities benefiting from access and interconnection obligations, and with public administrations, transport infrastructure managers, and other companies, in relation to the obligations established in the General Telecommunications Law and its implementing regulations.
In particular, on the following matters:
- Access, interconnection, and interoperability
- Number conservation (portability)
- Shared use of public domain or private property and access to civil works infrastructures, access to information and field studies, and coordination of civil works
- Between telephone inquiry service providers and public electronic communications network operators
- Access to infrastructures subsidized with public aid
- Roaming
- Digital multiplex management
- Cross-border conflicts, when one of the parties is located in another EU Member State
