Consultations with railway transport users

We periodically consult, at least once every two years, the representatives of the users of freight railway transport services and passenger railway transport services on the general interest railway network (RFIG) about the quality of the services.
The representatives of the users consulted have been divided into two groups:

• The users of railway infrastructure, that is, passenger and freight companies that in turn provide transport services to their customers using the infrastructure.
• The representatives of the end users of railway transport services. In the case of passenger transport, the consultation is directed to consumer and user associations. In the case of freight transport, the consultation is directed to associations of logistics companies, shippers, carriers, and manufacturers and distributors of products transported by rail.
