  • Operators of electronic communications networks
  • Providers of interpersonal communication services (voice services fixed and mobile and messaging)
  • Providers of broadband and Internet access
  • Companies providing services consisting of signal transport, such as machine-to-machine services and the operation of digital terrestrial television (DTT) channels
